Deleting your account
We delete your account and all the data on it on request, within 30 days.
This is a translation. The Serbian version is the binding one.
How
- Email podrska@tefter.online with the subject "Delete account", from the address you sign in to Tefter with.
- We'll confirm receipt and delete the account, and tell you when it's done.
You can also start it from the app: on the phone “More” → “Account & sync” → “Request account deletion”; on a computer or in the browser “Account & sync” → “Request account deletion”.
What is deleted
- the sign-in account (email),
- all data on the account: business details, clients, invoices, payments, expenses and the KPO book.
Records of subscription payments are kept as long as accounting law requires. Data you keep without an account, on your computer or phone, isn't with us: uninstalling the app removes it.
Export your data first if you need it (“Settings” → “Export all data”): you're required to keep invoices and the KPO book.
