Frequently asked questions
Is the free version really free?
Yes. Every feature works without an account and without a time limit. Only sync is paid, because it costs us: servers, the database and sending email.
How do I pay for sync?
By bank transfer or by scanning the QR code in your banking app, with the payment reference you get in the app. No card needed.
What does pay on trust mean?
Bank transfers take a day or two. So as soon as you click "I've paid", sync works for 3 days. Once we confirm the payment, your paid period starts.
What happens if I stop paying?
The data on your account isn't deleted, but it's locked until you renew. On your computer and phone you can carry on for free with the data on the device.
Can I switch from Free to Sync later?
Any time. Create an account in the app and move your computer's data to it in one click.
Do I still need an accountant?
A flat-rate business that invoices companies usually doesn't. We recommend an accountant once you pass 6 million, enter VAT or hire someone.
